Michael Mantell is a 1969 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law. For over 40 years, his law practice has focused on civil litigation
Michael has helped clients to create effective solutions for their legal problems. He has represented thousands of clients and tried hundreds of cases including over 50 jury trials. He has argued numerous appeals including arguments to the Court of Appeals, the highest state court in New York. Several of his victories have made the cover of the New York Law Journal.
Michael successfully runs his own legal practice and specifically focuses on landlord and tenant law, partnership and business litigation and real estate disputes.
